Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email and chat in a timely manner
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
  • Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines provided
  • Know the products inside out to answer customer questions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

  • At least High School (old curriculum ) / Senior High School Graduate
  • 18 years old and up
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
