Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using call center software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and meet performance targets.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, with possible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team.
