We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Wellness Consultant to lead and implement holistic wellness solutions for our corporate clients worldwide. This role is perfect for a wellness professional who can design high-impact programs, engage leadership teams, and inspire healthier workplaces.

You will work directly with organizations to assess wellness needs, develop tailored programs, and deliver workshops that promote fitness, mental health, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized wellness programs for corporate clients, aligned with their organizational goals and employee needs.
• Conduct assessments and consultations with HR teams to understand workforce health priorities.
• Lead virtual or in-person wellness workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions focused on stress management, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
• Track and report on program outcomes using participation data, feedback surveys, and wellness KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (coaches, content strategists, marketers) to align corporate offerings with agency values and services.
• Stay current on workplace wellness trends, employee engagement strategies, and international best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help organizations build a culture of health, productivity, and long-term employee wellness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate wellness, employee well being, or health program coordination.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging wellness programs and workshops in a corporate or group setting.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills across diverse audiences (executives, HR teams, employees).
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in using Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, and wellness tracking/reporting tools.
