• Responsible for expanding contract users in the UK, US, and Indonesian markets;
• Develop and maintain local trading users, agents, communities, and KOL resources;
• Promote trading volume growth in the region, enhancing user activity and retention;
• Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to achieve business objectives;
• Regularly submit business progress reports and participate in commission and quarterly incentive settlements.

• At least 1 year of experience in business development at a cryptocurrency exchange (contract direction required);
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market in the United States or the United Kingdom, and Indonesia, with priority given to candidates with resources;
Candidates with local KOL resources will be prioritized;
• Proficient in English as a working language, with certain local market communication skills;
• Results-oriented, strong execution ability, and self-management skills;
• Remote work arrangement is acceptable.
