Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Broker Support & Loan Processing Officer to join our Clients’ finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loan processing, client follow-ups, CRM updates, pricing reviews, admin tasks & marketing support. 

Work Set Up:

  • Employment Type: Full Time

  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • Work Setup: Onsite

  • Location: Cavite 

  • Client Industry: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Clients & New Loan Applications:

    • Set-up of loan application and data entry in CRM

    • Collect, verify and follow-up supporting documents

    • Prepare loan serviceability calculators

    • Prepare discounted pricing requests

    • Order property valuations

    • Employer verification checks and phone call

    • Send invitations and manage/verify CashDeck expense analysis

    • Send ID verification requests

    • Prepare and follow up lender discharge forms

    • Prepare compliance documents

    • Finalise complete loan file and lodge with lender

    • Track loan through to settlement

    • Regular follow-up with valuers, lenders and mortgage solicitors with status update reports

    • Notification of loan approval

    • Complete settlement checklist

    • Post settlement activities.

  • Existing Client Loans:

    • Phone lender and obtain existing loan info

    • Request new pricing for existing loans

    • Send emails to existing clients advising of any new discounted pricing being applied to their existing loan by their lender

    • Create existing loan table summarising existing loan information

    • Send emails to existing clients requesting a review meeting with their broker

  • AdHoc Admin Duties:

    • Create and maintain automated CRM workflow communications (emails and texts)

    • Create & maintain client marketing communications (eg fixed rate expiry, loan anniversary, happy birthday emails)

    • Marketing & Social Media-Create basic social media posts (using templates provided) and upload BLOG articles to the website weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 2 years of experience in a related role.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Knowledge of banking or lending operations, banking products and reporting analytics.

  • Australian background experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment (e.g. APRA, AUSTRAC regulations) is a plus.

  • Accuracy, keen to details and ability to do multi-tasking.

  • Excellent client service skills.
