Description
- Responsible for developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and train the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and develop new customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Regularly report sales data and market feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Requirements
- On-site position in Singapore, with the company providing a visa. Requires experience at an exchange, Bachelor's degree or above (studied abroad preferred). Preference will be given to candidates with similar positions at top exchanges. English will be the working language, and the salary is open for discussion.
