Description
- Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and other drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
- Take inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bartending or relevant customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, effective customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bar environment with flexible shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Consistent, adaptable, and able to handle pressure with a friendly demeanor.
