Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Take customer orders and provide excellent service
- Mix and garnish drinks according to recipes
- Handle cash and manage tabs efficiently
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Job Title: Bartender
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in coffee knowledge, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, engage with customers, and manage cash transactions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bar environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, adaptable, team player, and customer-oriented.
