- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
- Provide excellent customer service and take orders.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Educate customers on menu items and coffee origins.
- Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Job Title: Barista
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, comprehensive coffee knowledge, and strong customer service skills.
