Description
- Operate a backhoe to excavate and move materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating backhoes in construction or excavation settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in machinery operation, safety protocols, and basic maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment; may be exposed to inclement weather and noise; requires physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
