• Operate a backhoe to excavate, load, and move materials as required.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols during operations.
• Coordinate with the team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Report any equipment issues or malfunctions promptly.

• Proven experience operating a backhoe or similar equipment.
• Must have NC II certificate
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and basic repairs.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
