Requirements

  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in auto body repair.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in stamping processes and electrical systems, capable of diagnosing and repairing wiring issues.
  • Working Conditions: Exposure to shop environment, tools, and materials; ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
