Description

  • Input customer order data into the online system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all administrative documents are organized and in accordance with procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company data managed online.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure the smooth administration process.
  • Assist in the preparation of simple reports related to order data.
  • Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office/Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Willing to work online (WFH) with a stable internet connection.
  • No prior work experience required, but experience in administration is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through digital platforms.
  • Willing to participate in training and guidance provided by the company.
