Keep an eye on the arcade floor to ensure all machines are running smoothly; take care of basic maintenance tasks like refilling ticket rolls and clearing any jammed tokens or tickets.
Report Major mechanical issues to the Arcadde Tech or the management
Keep the Arcade area clean by wiping down machines.
Make sure that Guests Adhere to arcade rules and safety policies, stepping in calmly and professionally if any issues come up.
Get involved in special events or promotions happening in the arcade.
Assist customers, answer inquiries, and support team activities.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, extensive game knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and effective teamwork.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment and can work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
