After sales problem handling:

• Responsible for handling customer after-sales issues (such as returns, exchanges, refunds, abnormal orders, logistics disputes, etc.), communicating with customers through email or online chat tools to ensure efficient resolution of problems.
• Resolve customer pre-sales issues, analyze customer needs, address customer concerns, and improve order completion rates.

Customer maintenance:

• Proactively calming customer emotions, providing professional solutions, and improving customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
• Record customer feedback, summarize common issues, and drive internal optimization (such as product, logistics, problem description, etc.).

Other

• Timely feedback on issues during the process;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Full time undergraduate degree, College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above, preferably with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese;
• Accept inexperienced novices;
• Work meticulously, conscientiously, and patiently.
• Strong learning ability and stress resistance.
