Description

Tugas utama:

  • Membalas chat pelanggan (via WhatsApp, Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, dll)
  • Mengelola dan memproses pesanan yang masuk
  • Update stok dan produk di marketplace & media sosial
  • Membuat laporan penjualan harian/mingguan
  • Menjadwalkan pengiriman barang ke kurir
  • Membantu mengatur promo atau campaign toko


Requirements

Kualifikasi:

  • Perempuan/Laki-laki, usia 19–35 tahun
  • Pengalaman sebagai admin online shop menjadi nilai plus (tidak wajib)
  • Memiliki HP & laptop sendiri dengan koneksi internet stabil
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target & multitasking
  • Komunikatif, jujur, teliti, dan fast response
  • Mengerti dasar penggunaan marketplace & media sosial
