Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin, Sales Support Associate at Gateway Network Solutions, Inc. in Makati. The role involves providing administrative and sales support, assisting in customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in sales support or administration is a plus
  • Keep track of account balances and manage petty cash.
  • Approve expenditures and issue payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Verify timesheets.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.
  • Make travel arrangements, coordinate conference calls, and handle RSVPs for events.
  • Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
