Description

  • Responding to chats and DMs from customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.
  • Inputting and processing incoming orders neatly.
  • Providing product information and assisting customers during online shopping.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Archiving order data and daily reports.

Requirements

  • High school/vocational school graduates or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiar with smartphones and social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopee, etc.).
  • Able to type quickly and respond promptly to chats.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and possesses good communication skills.
  • Able to work with targets and scheduled working hours.
  • Experience as an online admin is a plus, but not mandatory.
