Description

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assisting Personal Matters of Executive.
  • Assisting Technical Officer as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any business course
  • With 1-2 years of experience as an Admin assistant
  • Can work under pressure and must know how to multi-task
  • Knowledgeable in the processing of Permits (Business, Sanitary permits & etc)
  • Must have good written communication skills
