Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, Excel, strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare reports, assist with audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
