Description

  • Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable tasks
  • Ensure correct allocation of invoices in timely manner (Receivable)
  • Prepare checks and vouchers (Payable)
  • Manage weekly and monthly accounting reports
  • Procure office & warehouse supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance
  • Others tasks that may be assigned

Requirements

  • BS Accountancy Degree Holder or any related course
  • Computer Literate/Knowledgeable in MS office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Very organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Must able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
