We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with solid experience in accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and submit statutory reports including BIR, SEC, AMLA, and CIC requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and controls
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or management
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and current taxation laws
• Proficient in preparing and managing statutory reports (BIR, SEC, AMLA, CIC)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• High proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and bookkeeping tools
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
