We are hiring a new Accounting Assistant to join our Sales Audit team under the Accounting and Finance Department! Dive into financials, ensure compliance, and keep our numbers sharp! To learn more about the role, please find below the Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and validate sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Identify discrepancies in sales data and investigate the root causes.
• Prepare and present audit findings to management and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze trends to support inventory optimization.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Visit store locations to assess inventory management practices and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct physical counts of inventory in-store and in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of BS Accountancy of BS Accounting Tech or Accounting Information System graduate
• Knowledge in computer software (MS Excel, Word etc)
• Fresh graduates are very much welome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
