About the role



Quorum International Inc. - Toby's Sports is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team in Pasig City. This full-time position will provide critical support to the accounting department, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial records and processes. We are hiring for 3 full-time positions for this role.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections

• Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory documents

• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field

• Fresh graduates are very much welcome to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data with a high degree of accuracy

• Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and relevant regulations
