  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and team members.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Train and develop staff on safety and operational procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet company goals.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in warehouse management or team leadership.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, highly organized, capable of heavy lifting, flexible, experienced in handling personnel issues, staff coaching, and financially literate.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily warehouse environment; must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
