RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and check the accuracy of cash & check (dated/post dated) remittances versus invoices prepared by salesman per route
• Ensure returned checks will be replaced by customers concerned
• Updating of accounts receivables and ensure that customers are well inform of their semi-monthly overdue payables and payments made beyond agreed credit term/line
• Preparation of customers statement of accounts and disseminate per salesman in-charge
• Be able to visit customers personally to ensure credibility of salesman in-charge

QUALIFICATION:

• With knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel)
• Fast learner
• Pleasant attitude
• Computer Literate
• With background in Telemarketer
• Customer Service
• Willing to do field work
