• Bachelor's Degree / College graduate
• At least 1 year of telemarketing / sales experience in the pharma industry
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Makes numerous outbound calls and emails to potential clients
• Answering calls from customers
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Recording customer’s personal information accurately
• Handles inquiries from existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered to them over the phone.
• Makes sales reports
• Makes sales forecasts for existing customers
• Must be willing to work in Merville, Pasay
