We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to upper management, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. This position is designed to support our leadership team by taking ownership of the sales process, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. If you have a passion for customer service, a knack for understanding technical concepts, and experience in the AEC industry, we’d love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities by meeting with key clients regularly to explore additional service needs.
  • Understand client challenges within the AEC industry and propose tailored solutions using our LiDAR scanning and CAD processing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with our production manager to gather technical insights and ensure proposed solutions align with project feasibility and timelines.
  • Develop creative service proposals by combining our offerings with those of our service partners to meet client needs.
  • Set competitive pricing for service proposals based on market trends and company guidelines.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts and project benefits to clients in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the sales administrator and production team to streamline the transition from sales to project execution.

芁件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and growing business relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex technical information.
  • Experience in developing service proposals and setting pricing based on market research and business strategy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, partners, and sales support staff.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is a plus.
