We are a children's charity based in Singapore, dedicated to providing quality education and support to children in need. We are looking for passionate freelance teachers from the Philippines who are willing to travel to Singapore.

We are hiring freelance teachers to conduct engaging and interactive classes for children aged 5-12 years old. This is a project-based freelance position, with both weekday afterschool and weekend (full day) teaching opportunities.

Daily Tasks:

- Regular family follow-ups and answering queries (WhatsApp Business)

- Maintaining attendance and managing activity records (Excel)

Weekly Tasks:

- Updating lesson slides (PowerPoint)

- Managing volunteer registration and attendance (Giving.sg / Excel)

- Updating CRM in HubSpot

Monthly Tasks:

- Reviewing and updating curriculum slides (PowerPoint)

- Designing and sending the monthly family schedule (Canva)

- Administrative upkeep, including attendance tracking (Excel)

Weekend Tasks:

- Teaching classes and managing activities

- Volunteer briefing

- Overseeing student attendance and feedback collection

- Centre opening, clean up and closing

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of independent teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to relocate and work in Singapore on a freelance basis

Salary

• PHP 100 – 200 per hour
• Compensation is competitive and based on experience
