Job Overview:

This hybrid role will oversee both the technical service of Elogio’s medical aesthetic devices and logistics coordination for equipment, spare parts, and consumables across the Philippines. The successful candidate will ensure devices are installed, maintained, and repaired promptly, while also managing importation, delivery, inventory, and movement of products to support smooth business operations.

This is a critical role to ensure excellent customer service and efficient product flow, working closely with the Country Head, Sales, Clinical, and Regional Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Service Responsibilities

• Install and commission medical aesthetic devices at client sites, ensuring correct setup, calibration, and initial training.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.
• Provide prompt technical troubleshooting and repairs (both on-site and remote), minimising customer downtime.
• Keep detailed and accurate service logs for each customer and device.
• Escalate complex issues to regional technical support and follow up until resolved.
• Provide basic product training to clients and internal teams when necessary.
• Assist in technical support during workshops, product launches, and marketing events.

• Logistics & Inventory Responsibilities

• Coordinate the importation, customs clearance, and delivery of devices, consumables, and spare parts.
• Monitor and manage local inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to support sales and service needs.
• Manage warehousing, distribution, and tracking of devices and consumables to clinics, ensuring all deliveries are completed correctly and on time.
• Work closely with regional supply chain teams to align on shipments, inventory forecasts, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of all product movements, including incoming shipments, inventory counts, and outgoing deliveries.
• Prepare and submit logistics reports to the Country Head and regional operations team.
• Support the planning and logistics for workshops, events, and product demonstrations, ensuring equipment and materials arrive as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical), Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical service and/or logistics coordination, preferably in the medical aesthetic, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with importation, customs procedures, and local delivery coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage inventory and logistics tracking.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills to work directly with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines for both technical support and logistical coordination.
