  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to upper management.
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from service in a designated region.
  • Travelling to visit potential clients.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
  • Persuading clients that a service will satisfy their needs.
  • Calculating client quotations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Offering after sales support service.
  • Administering client accounts.
  • Analyzing cost and sales.

  • Preparing reports for Head Office.
  • Meeting regular sales targets.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  • Coordinating sales projects.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
  • Providing pre – sales technical assistance and service education.
  • Liaising with other members of sales team and other technical experts.
  • Solving client problems.
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products.
  • Maintains electronic and manual records of the company.
  • Secure all company documents at all times.
  • Recommends changes for improvement in the systems, method and procedures.
  • Implements the ISO 9001: Standard
  • Abides with the company rules and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the superior.

要件

Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the overall performance of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of ECE/ Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
  • At least 10 years related work Experience
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
  • Confidence in negotiating deals with potential clients
  • Several years of successful sales experience, ideally including some supervisory experience
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, connections and prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
