Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to educate them about our services.
- Answer questions about services or about the company.
- Meet weekly/monthly KPI’s and sales targets
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
- Formulate and ask the right questions to understand customer requirements in order to close sales
- Keep records of all activities including calls, emails, relevant information exchange.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle issues and formulate solutions to help customers with their needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate service knowledge.
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Send and discuss service literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
- Achieve daily, monthly, annual targets.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree on any related field
- Experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role - minimal
- Motivated, enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Team mindset
