Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, explaining products, and handling inquiries. 

Customer Service Skills:

Basic Math Skills:

• Sales associates need to handle cash transactions, calculate discounts, and manage sales records accurately.
