Utilizes the Marketing team to establish a strong social media presence and create marketing campaigns that generate sales and build brand equity across online and offline platforms.
Plans and execute awards and recognition for the customers.
Manages operating expenses budget to ensure compliance.
Sets performance target, monitors and evaluates performance of team members, provides feedback and recommends training needs, as needed.
Prepares necessary reports for EXECOM and OPMCOM meetings.

Graduate of Marketing or any business course.
At least 3-4years proven experience in digital marketing / brand strategy marketing management
With background in Beauty products / Cosmetics or related fields
Strong background in social audit
Very creative in marketing campaigns
Excellent leadership and management skills
Has a deep experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns
Knowledgeable, Innovative / adaptive to the latest marketing trends
Good communication skills
Strong project management skills to motivate and boost efficiency of the handled team.
