Implementing safety policies-Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in

compliance with local regulations.

Risk Assessment-Identify potential hazards in the workplace through regular inspections, risk

assessments, and observations.

Accident Investigation-Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes

and prevent recurrence.

Safety Training-Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels of the

organization.

Safety Compliance-Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, industry

standards, and company policies.

Emergency Preparedness-Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to

ensure the safety and well-being of employees in the event of accidents, natural disasters, or other

emergencies.

Safety Promotion-Promote a culture of safety within the organization by raising awareness,

encouraging employee participation, and recognizing safety achievements.

Documentation and Reporting-Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training

sessions, and compliance activities.

Continuous Improvement-Continuously evaluate and improve safety processes, procedures, and

programs based on feedback, best practices, and lessons learned.

Communication and Collaboration-Collaborate with management, supervisors, employees, and

external stakeholders to promote a collaborative approach to safety management.
