説明

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, ability to work under pressure.
