A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Reporting Specialist, You Will
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze reporting requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure report accuracy, relevance, and usability.
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and implement scalable solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business needs, and deliver actionable insights.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Document reporting processes and create user guides or SOPs to support knowledge sharing and training.
- Support the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) within the reporting function.
What You’ll Bring
Required Skills & Competencies:
Finance Reporting Exposure Preferred
Exposure on tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to create dashboards and reports
Data Analysis experience
Lean Six Sigma Preferred
BPO/Shared service experience
