Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Ensure that all civil construction activities are carried out as per project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain records of quality inspections and test results.

Inspection & Testing:

• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Witness material sampling, testing (e.g., concrete, soil, aggregates), and evaluate results.
• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies for materials and work validation.

Documentation:

• Prepare and review QA/QC documentation including checklists, method statements, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Ensure that quality documentation is properly stored and updated.

Coordination:

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding quality issues.
• Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in QA/QC roles within civil construction projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
