Based in our Cubao, Quezon City office, this role is essential to ensuring efficient procurement operations and timely delivery of high-quality materials to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Prepare and issue purchase orders; monitor and follow up on order status
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to support production
• Research and evaluate new suppliers; assist with vendor onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor market trends and pricing to inform purchasing strategies

• At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in procurement systems and MS Office applications
• Adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
