Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Pampanga

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Develop detailed project estimates by analyzing drawings, site visit reports, and design inputs

• Utilize CPQ software to configure, price, and quote project costs efficiently to produce Feasibility Budget Reports and Statements of Work

• Collaborate with design teams, technical teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine project scopes

• Ensure that accurate project clarifications and exclusions are clearly identified and noted

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating, project costing, or a related role

• Experience working with CPQ software and other estimating tools

• Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction methods, and material costs
