説明

  • Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
  • Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements for projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Source and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Develop and present detailed cost breakdowns for internal review and client proposals.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to better understand project conditions and constraints.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and incorporate appropriate contingencies into estimates.
  • Track and update cost data and maintain a historical database for future reference.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the handover process from estimating to project execution teams.

芁件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of estimating techniques, construction methods, and project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in estimating software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
