説明

  • Conduct recruitment and sourcing activities, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews
  • Organize and maintain 201 files for all employees, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies
  • Generate reports as required by the Executive Office
  • Prepare memos and other communication materials
  • Process requests for payment and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare meal forecasts and coordinate food requirements with the concessionaire
  • Ensure the smooth execution of meal services and address any issues that may arise
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee events, fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Contribute to the dissemination of the company's brand message and values
  • Support IT and Executive Office departments with various administrative tasks
  • Assist IT with internet connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist in events and banquet setup, ensuring all logistical requirements are met
  • Provide assistance during events and support guest needs as required
  • Monitor office equipment and peripherals; perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
  • Execute other tasks assigned by the direct superior

芁件

  • College graduate preferably Business Administration or Information Technology courses.
  • With related experiences in this field.
  • Willing to work in the Hotel Industry at Makati City.
