Job Responsibilities 1. Product Planning and Design - Align with company strategy to plan and design core exchange modules (e.g., matching engine, asset management, risk control, rebate system, task center). - Research leading competitors (Binance, Bybit, Bitget, etc.) and propose differentiated product solutions. - Draft PRD documents, design interactive prototypes, and drive cross-functional collaboration for development and launch. 2. Project Execution and Implementation - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch. - Oversee delivery schedules and coordinate resources across product, engineering, QA, and design teams. - Manage project quality and key milestones to ensure rapid go-live and continuous iteration. 3. Data Analysis and Continuous Optimization - Analyze core metrics such as registration conversion, trading activity, and retention; recommend optimization strategies. - Track user behavior, gather feedback, and refine the user experience. - Support the implementation of operational initiatives, including airdrops, activity center, and user segmentation. 4. Risk and Compliance Awareness - Understand risk control and compliance boundaries; participate in designing and adjusting anti-arbitrage mechanisms. - Grasp user psychology and gray-market tactics to anticipate potential design vulnerabilities. Qualifications 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Internet or fintech product management; experience in blockchain or exchanges preferred. 2. Technical Skills: Proficient with Axure, Figma, Flow, etc.; capable of writing clear, standardized PRDs; understand basic API workflows. 3. Industry Knowledge: Familiar with major exchange functionalities, crypto user behaviors, and black/gray-market arbitrage methods; in-depth knowledge of core exchange features such as spot trading, futures, options, copy trading, and matching engines. 4. Innovation: Ability to integrate competitor insights with company vision and develop creative solutions. 5. Communication: Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills; clear logical thinking; ability to drive rapid project execution. 6. Language: Fluent in Chinese; proficient in reading English for reviewing international documentation, competitor analyses, and project materials.
