• Your Mission: As Procurement Manager, you will take full ownership of your assigned category.
• You will lead its success by crafting winning assortments, negotiating the best deals, and developing private labels that embody O!Save’s commitment to affordability and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers who align with O!Save’s commitment to affordability and quality. Secure the best deals through strategic negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a well-curated selection of products that meet customer needs while optimizing pricing, margins, and quality.
• Develop expertise in your assigned category, focusing on detailed analysis to optimize product offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.

• At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Purchasing, and/or Product Management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Filipino
• Ability to drive and flexibility to work in an Industrial Complex setting, specifically our Distribution Center in Taytay Rizal
