We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tour operator company. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs smoothly, manage staff, coordinate with travel suppliers, and support customer service. Will also handle financial tasks, maintain office systems, and assist in operational planning to enhance overall efficiency.


  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide support to tour guides and sales teams.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Foster a positive and organized workplace environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides) to ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Assist in itinerary planning and logistics for tours.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Process invoices, payments, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records for tax, accounting, and business compliance.
  • Generate reports on office performance, tour sales, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and social media management.
  • Support sales teams with customer follow-ups and lead generation.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agencies and partners.

芁件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, or similar role within a tour operator or travel agency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and travel management software.
  • Knowledge of booking systems and tour management software.
  • Knowledge of tourism industry regulations and travel logistics.
  • Ability to handle financial tasks and office budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings, inspections, or site visits.
  • Preferably resident of Makati and nearby areas or willing to relocate.
