We are seeking a creative, skilled, and highly motivated Multimedia & Social Media Officer to manage our online presence, drive audience engagement, and strengthen our brand identity across all digital platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end creation of compelling multimedia content and the strategic management of all social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain daily activity on all key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content across channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) and create regular reports with actionable insights.

2. Content Creation & Production

• Plan, storyboard, film, and edit high-quality multimedia content, including short-form and long-form videos, animations, graphics, and photography for use across social media, website, and other digital materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, HR, Product) to translate their goals into visually appealing and effective digital content.
• Design and produce creative assets (e.g., infographics, banners, templates) using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics).

3. General Digital Communications

• Assist with website content updates and optimization as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology and social media best practices.
• Manage and allocate the social media content budget, if applicable.
