Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product placement and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on seasonal offerings.
Manage inventory levels and forecasting to meet customer demand.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee the planning and implementation of the department’s policies and procedures.
Interpret sales reports and provide guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
Innovate products and processes.
Process appropriate paperwork for licensing or legal requirements
Handle financial expenses and manage budget
Maintain a positive working relationship with all suppliers and negotiate product and shipping prices.
In-charge of accreditation and evaluation of new suppliers.
Manage subordinates in the day-to-day performance of their job responsibilities.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: 5-10 years in retail merchandising or sales management.
Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Superior interpersonal relationship skills
Good leadership skills
