Job Description
Description
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and edging walkways.
- Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
- Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Removing debris, litter, and fallen leaves.
- Watering plants and lawns.
- Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides (under supervision and following safety protocols).
- Cleaning sidewalks, patios, and other outdoor surfaces.
- Maintaining outdoor furniture and fixtures.
- Removing snow and ice (if applicable).
Requirements
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping and grounds maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
