- Lead and manage the marketing team.

- Collaborate with other departments for integrated marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials.
要件
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
- Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting of RMC, Asphalt, and RCPC.
- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Manage and coach the sales team-provide motivation and inspiration
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnership that add value.
- Develop and execute Go-to Market strategy.
- Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on the top of the competition.
