The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and team performance. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and team leadership to drive brand growth, improve market reach, and support business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events)
• Supervise the marketing team, including assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and providing guidance
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Oversee content development, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies
• Manage social media strategies and digital marketing initiatives
• Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
• Maintain and manage the marketing budget efficiently
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy is preferred
